this is my topic for essay #3

Im choosing to write about the war and its different point of view that come from civilian and military personal. I believe the majority of people want peace in the world. This art work is by Banksy as you can see he is relating different messages. What i would describe that i see in this graffiti is an expression that I believe, is hard for People to imagine. That regardless of the duty of a military personal they also want peace. Also this is to show how graffiti, a form of art, that can be also serve as a political protest or message. this is just the beginning of an interesting relation ship, for the relationship of art and politics has never been clandestine.

BONUS POST FIVE POINTS

I think five points is a work of art as itself.I believe it serve as a monument that displays a movement of art known as graffiti. The work i saw there is unlike other is self expression of someone social dynamics, environmental influences, human nature, free will and psychological forces. I find it to be a small , but important aspect place were self expression is found. The art of graffiti itself i would describe it as a ownership of the people telling stories of what surrounds them and influences them. Some with secret messages hidden on them, others very blunt of what the street memorandum is. I find to be as unique and valuable as any other type of art. This form of art is just not only an expression , but a way of protesting and informing. There are many artist that have taken this path with their work and made it more a a political movement. In many ways they, the artist are capable of doing this by taking events or situation and expressing them on walls, serving as mirror for those that past by; reminding them that problem or event is still there regardless if they forgotten it. There such much to say about this work of art that we have unfolded in the urban environment, but limited to other surroundings. Its pandemic has spread through the world being recognize everywhere. Graffiti artist such as Banksy have taken this art to a more political aspect of it. His work relates to issues such as war and others.

I believe the idea of revolution in This poem point us towards is, a awakening of recognition and examined life. "The Unexamined Life is not worth Living" Socrates. Gill Scott is trying to warned or awake the listener (people) to realize that there will be a revolution but it wont be televised. This revolution he speaks about a certain change being possible by the people for the people , is in our hand to make a change. Change is necessary, but determine by actions. I feel like he is trying to reach to the listener to look around him and examine his life, the events that are taken place ,and what is that we have give importance to. In this poem he mentions where it will not be found because it is cover by media, commercial, and other things we have given value of entertainment rather importance of facts and events. This poem has a type of political art work as it unfolds and continues with its content, I feel for a moment that if could be written as self oppression of ourselves, trapped in the industrialize, commercial media, entertainment life that surrounds us and tries to cover every inch and second that exist. As I might express it as a informative political movement to brake the shackles of what the government offers, keeping us as a New York horse blinded from our provisional vision. Realizing we cannot live in the comfort of allowing others to make drastic decisions that will affect us but rather being part of the solution to conquer and secure or freedom and existence.
